Finlay was just 5 years old when introduced to our founder Lee Walker.

Lee worked with Finlay through his grassroots and Academy years in England.

Finlay has just made his 1st team debut at the age of 17 for English Championship side Preston North End.

Finlay has spoken highly of Lee and his attention to detail and supports the project that Lee brings to Brisbane.

Max worked with our Academy Director Lee whilst in the Youth Academy at Wrexham.

Max went on to represent Wrexham, Newtown and Cefn Druids in his professional career before relocating to Sydney, Australia.

Max also represented his native Wales at the UEFA Under 19 Championships. Where he played alongside Tottenham Hotspur's Ben Davies and former Brisbane Roar striker Aaron Amadi-Holloway.

During the competition Max was tasked with marking Belgium's Thorgan Hazard and Yannick Carrasco.
